HYVE conducted a NetnographyInsights© project for American Express dealing with topics such as obstacles and needs of credit card usage in different countries as well as the future design of credit cards regarding services and security. For this purpose, HYVE analyzed online communities with backgrounds as e.g. travelling, banking or money saving from 5 different language areas.
