Drinks & Beverages (2011)

HYVE conducted a Netnography Insights project for Danone on drinks and beverages. We analyzed consumer statements on all possible kinds of beverages (excluding alcoholic drinks), which resulted in solid and beverage-universal insights. For the purpose of this project, a diversity of communities and blogs were considered, including parenting communities, teen communities or specialized food & drinks blogs. Our Netnography study identified (1) leading groups who drive the discussion around this topic, (2) interesting, innovative, successful and also controversial drinks and beverages around the world, and (3) motivations, expectations, problems and solutions regarding the consumption of different beverages, such as water, soda pops, energy drinks and even coffee or tea.
