HYVE conducted a NetnographyInsights© Study on citrus drinks for Symrise, one of the worldwide leading suppliers for flavors and fragrances. Focus of this study was the perception of citrus taste and the world around citrusy drinks. To analyze consumer behavior and attitudes in the topic field of citrus drinks, HYVE observed international product review sites, sports, dieting and lifestyle communities as well as different recipe communities and blogs on food preparation.
